This afternoon we've visited the XXL edition of the Swan Market down at museum park. On this cold afternoon the smell of hot chocolate, freshly baked pizzas and coffee is very welcome :) Beautiful Rotterdam!

Autumn has arrived. Leaves whirl down to the ground, on to the moss in vibrant colours. It makes me want to draw like Fiep Westendorp :)

Wow! On this wonderful evening we went to a pop-up restaurant called A la Plancha. It's located in the Maas where you have a stunning view on all sides. They have permission to open their restaurant for 10 days so this is the moment! We ordered a gilt-head bream and salmon. Love!

We woke up pretty early today! We took a walk to the city, to the ports and enjoyed the misty morning light. It'll be a warm, summery, day. On our way home we stopped for coffee and cake at caffè Booon (one of the best coffee bars in Rotterdam!).

Organizing the notebooks I kept anywhere in the house, remembering moments and looking back 5 years ago... preserved for the future :)

Oh this summery evening, while we were reading our books in the garden after dinner we decided to go for a walk to wake up again. We were on our way to the ice cream parlor in the city. What a treat! Strawberry and mango sorbet for me and dark chocolate en coconut for M. ♥
